• Uploadery lets you upload and share files and related information (“Content”).
• You are solely responsible for the Content you submit.
• By submitting Content, you grant Uploadery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display that Content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.

3. Prohibited content

• Do not upload Content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, contains malware, or otherwise violates applicable law.
• Uploadery may remove or block access to Content that violates these Terms.

4. User conduct

• Do not disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of Uploadery.
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users.

5. Account security

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.

6. Intellectual property

• Uploadery and its branding are the intellectual property of Uploadery.
• You may not use Uploadery’s intellectual property without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

• Uploadery is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• Uploadery is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

• Uploadery may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, without notice.
• You may stop using Uploadery at any time.
